It’s a new month and the new year.
That means it’s time for a new budget. Woohoo!
Wait—Did you not join me in my celebratory whoop?
Does that mean you approach budgeting the same way you approach a spoonful of medicinal cod liver oil?
You know, you stick out your tongue, make disgusting noises, and run away as fast as you can, hollering that you are fine?
Right.
If budgeting goes down sweetly and smoothly as peaches and cream, a virtual high five to you!
If it makes you recoil like cod liver oil does, I can help.
I’ve been there, and have attempted to outrun the problems and the pain.
It’s not a happy place, nor is it possible, I can assure you.
Please join me over at Engaged Marriage for encouragement on how to change your perspective on budgeting so you can have a happier, more satisfying life.
I’d love to have you join the conversation there, so I’ve shut off comments here on this post.
